Dark Sun Street
Back out again at 6am for some early shots around Canterbury, and it's another crisp winter morning. I walked down the High Street then along Mercery Lane to reach the cathedral, and found the square at the top of Sun Street eerily dark. At this time of the morning there were only a few brave souls around, and one kind chap stood staring at something in a shop window for long enough to register in the image.
Some success at the camera club last night - we had the Parkwood Open competition. My two images did quite quite well: Burgate Corner scored 19/20 and made it to the final selection, and River Stour in Fordwich scored 18/20. Although neither image made the top three, the combined scores got me into joint 2nd place in the competition.
