Margate Harbour

The boys are off school for half-term this week, so we decided to head to Margate for a day at the seaside. It was quite a grey day, but that didn't stop us enjoying the very traditional seaside attractions. The boys looked for crabs in rockpools, discovered quicksand (not really) and then had fish & chips sitting on the harbour wall. After that it was off to the penny arcades, back to the beach and then a visit to Mr Simm's Olde Sweet Shoppe, Purveyor of Fine Confectionery
