Perry Wood
I'm on annual leave for the next two weeks—yippee! The boys are still on holiday from school so we have many adventures planned. This morning we packed a picnic and drove to Perry Wood, not far from Faversham. It's a favourite spot for us, with wonderful woodland paths and hills to climb, rope swings to fall off, and a good country pub nearby. We had blue skies and hot sun, and although the woodland is very overgrown this time of year, there is a convenient wooden tower to climb on the hilltop at the heart of the woods. I took this panorama of the view to the southwest, towards Shottenden, stitching five infrared frames together to make the final image.
