Atomic Nails
Wednesday. Hot summer weather, but with a nice breeze to keep it cool. More work experience for Dash today and a busy morning for me, but the afternoon was light, so we were able to leave at a reasonable hour. Today’s menu in Raff’s cafe: Lamb Souvlaki Orzo with Yoghurt and Mint Sauce. The evening was filled with preparations for Gabriel’s birthday tomorrow: there are balloons and cupcakes to collect, and embarrassing photos of the birthday boy that need to be stuck to a large board of amusement.
Also—my iMac is dying!! The poor thing seems to have developed a sudden fault, where most operations crash and hang midway. Lightroom runs, but most of my other editing software won’t even start up. It’s in for repair tomorrow, so I’ll have to delay posting some images until I’m able to edit them properly. I’ll still take a picture every day, so we’ll be able to catch up once everything is back up and running again.
My blip for the day: one of my walking group friends had her nails done for her 24th birthday and posted a photo in the group chat, so a mandatory AI abstract was required.
