Bantu Orange
Saturday. Heavy rain all morning, but then at midday it cleared up and we had sun and blue skies for a couple of hours. Raff and I hurried around doing emergency cleaning before Vanessa returned from London; he did the laundry and hoovering while I restored the kitchen to some sort of order. V & Tara arrived around lunchtime with encouraging reports on Ed’s progress. Just a quiet afternoon, as everyone was feeling a little sleep-deprived, and outside it was back to strong winds and torrential rain anyway. Monty got back from London around eight, so I picked him up from Dover Priory.
