Boardroom Blitz
Friday. Sunny all day, but surprisingly chilly for the time of year. The weekend is nearly here, and work was pleasantly straightforward: just a few customers in the morning and then several hours of planning meetings in the middle of the day. I finished in good time, grabbed a quick Starbucks on the way home, and then settled in for supper and Friday games night. In Raff’s bistro this evening: Colcannon-Style Potato Cakes with Creamy Mustard Basa.
