Monday. Rain and drizzle from the start. It’s back to work for me today so the pathetic fallacy is not unappreciated. Our happy travellers are returning from Verona this morning—their flight lands at Gatwick around midday. Vanessa and Dash have their half-term break this week… so it’s just me dodging raindrops on the drive to Canterbury. Without the school traffic, the roads were blissfully quiet. A long day at work, but not too busy, and it felt better to have settled back into the routine.
Today’s photo: an old weight disc, left out in the rain. It made for an interesting study in grey.
