Bramling Road Sunset

TFI Friday again! The morning began with murky greyness but then reverted to hot sunny weather by the afternoon. A potentially very busy day at work that turned out to be not so bad in the end. It was still pretty hectic, even so, and I did not get much time for photography, apart from a few quick frames taken with a view to making an abstract later. Or so I thought—on the drive home, the evening sunlight was amazing. I took another detour along the winding country lanes, and found this scene just before Bramling Road rejoined the A2 towards Dover.

I had a very enjoyable evening—we resurrected the wonderful old tradition of Friday Games Night. My old university gaming buddy Mat, and a couple of my work friends jumped into Guild Wars 2 and ran around happily killing monsters for a couple of hours, while putting the world to rights on Discord. Great fun—hopefully it’s an event we can repeat regularly.
