Bricks & Water
Friday. Not so great on the weather front today. Grey, cloudy, overcast and cold, with only occasional flickers of sunshine. It even tried to rain on a few occasions. I snuck out for a short walk this morning, just before six—only 2km but it all helps. A very busy shift at work, lots of jobs that turned out to be far more complicated than advertised. Another short walk at lunchtime, and a cheeky coffee on the way back to work. My shift dragged on into the evening, so I did not get home till after seven. Ed’s visiting for the weekend, and Tara came round to join us for supper. A nice, simple beefy stew for me, and then I settled in for Games Night.
