Dash’s Work Experience
Monday. The weather is glorious today—sunny but mild. This week I’ll have company on my way to work. Dash has his work experience week and has asked if he can spend it shadowing his old man. I was working out of our Blean office this morning, so Dash sat in for the session and also joined my colleagues whenever something interesting came up. In the afternoon, our secretaries in the main office took him under their wing while I attended a meeting, and before long, the afternoon was over, and we drove home. Dash was relieved to hear we have a day off tomorrow, but I have some interesting and hopefully enjoyable activities lined up for the rest of the week.
