Fun’s Over
Friday. It was icy this morning, and a fine scattering of snow covered the streets and houses in Whitfield. We had sun and clear blue skies for the rest of the day, but it stayed very frosty outside. Back to work—just for one day before the weekend—but I must admit, the feeling that all the holidays are now behind us was not a welcome one. The day wasn’t too bad, but I was working the graveyard shift and couldn't escape till later in the evening.
