Hearts & Spirals
A sopping wet Friday: very heavy rain overnight and stretching on through the morning. Slow on the A2 with all the haze and spray, and a spot of flooding in places. I had a really busy morning with several jobs stretching well into lunchtime (luckily, kind people bought me a Starbucks), but the madness dissipated by mid-afternoon, and I was able to get out of there around five. Milo’s off on his skiing trip to Bulgaria this evening—I gave him a lift to meet up with his friend George in Ash. They’re setting out for the airport just after midnight.
