Mercery Lane Sunlight
A beautiful day... feels like Spring has sprung at last. In the afternoon I headed along the King's Mile into the city centre – this is the old part of the city with lovely cobbled streets and old buildings that surround the cathedral. Mercery Lane had the perfect hazy sunlight for some contrasty street shots.
The funny thing is, I'd gone out with the idea that this would be a black & white image – but in fact, when I was editing I thought the colour version worked a little better.
