Rain Abstract
Monday. Cloudy but dry, and cooler than the weekend. A smooth start to the day, though the school run traffic was heavier than usual. My morning shift was light, and we had plenty of time for a lunchtime coffee run. Even the afternoon meetings were brief and well-behaved. I escaped just before six—by then the weather had turned, and heavy rain rolled in as I drove home, giving me an unexpected abstract shot from the car. Roast pork chops and veggies for supper, watched DC’s Legends of Tomorrow on Prime, and got a fairly early night.
