Root Cause Analysis
Friday. It’s been a hazy, overcast morning, but still quite warm and bright outside. On the way home from the school run, I stopped near Waldershare Park for a walk in the woods—there were plenty of opportunities for a daily photo. In the afternoon, the rain returned, with persistent drizzle and showers into the evening. Raff had a long day at university, and I had quite a few errands and odd jobs to tackle. Early in the evening, Ken, Monty, Milo and Dash all went out to the gym. I made a spicy chicken, pepper and lentil soup for supper. I’m trying to get back into some sort of fitness training routine (Monty’s been giving me a few pointers), so I spent a bit of time dusting off my old Garmin watch and making sure my health-tracking apps are still working.
