Sunlit Snooze
Sunday. Another beautiful sunny Spring day. It’s Mother’s Day, so Vanessa had a relaxing lie-in till nearly eight. The boys were on the ball and produced flowers, cards and wine in quick succession, and I pitched in with good coffee. Everybody disappeared mid-morning for walks and gym sessions, and Raff went to Mass in Ramsgate. Watched John Wick with the boys in the afternoon, then made roast chicken for a family supper.
