The First Bit
It’s been a long week. This whole ‘five days at work’ thing is really overrated, especially after the last month of annual leave and bank holidays. But it’s finally Friday, with a full-day supervising shift that was busy but at least pretty sociable. I could escape for a quick walk at lunchtime and had to pop home anyway for a delivery… so I walked my usual route along SIngledge Lane. It’s a cold, clear day, and the countryside looked beautiful this afternoon. Today’s blip is from the first part of the lane, closest to home.
