The Riverside
Wednesday. It started sunny, but by the middle of the day, the clouds had drawn in, and I drove home from work in the gloom. Work was busy but enjoyable—we have a new IT system; lots of changes, and I was the guinea pig, running a supervising shift on the morning it went live. It all went pretty well, hectic but manageable, and my afternoon was pleasantly quiet. Monty & Kenadee are on their way home today, flying from LA to Paris first so Bentley the dog can get his Vet Passport to enter the UK. I’m going to nip over to Calais on Le Shuttle tomorrow evening to pick them up. Raff and I cooked Basa with Creamy Tomato Sauce and Harissa Mash for supper.
