Where I Once Was
Sunday. I was up with the larks, around 04:30, and it was dark outside; the nights are getting noticeably longer now. It looks to be another day of perfect summer weather. Milo, Gubs & Kadience were out early too, for a 5k run along Singledge Lane. The rest of the day was busy with various toings and froings: Raff went to church again, and afterwards met friends for coffee; Milo headed out to the gym; Gabriel & Kadience took a walk along the Dover Cliffs, and had lunch at the South Forelands Lighthouse. Dash made his own gym pilgrimage later in the day. Vanessa, rather too gleefully, set about re-decorating the space freed up by my man-cave eviction relocation. It now contains a yellow chair with a pink cushion, a lamp, and a rapidly growing assortment of pink sparkly things on the shelves.
