Wisteria Blossom

Friday again, thank heavens—it felt like a long week, even though it has only been four days. Outdoors, it remains sunny and clear, but quite chilly. We left early for the school run as I needed to buy fuel. I witnessed an amusing game of ‘pump bingo’ in the queue at the filling station; several people could not remember which petrol pump they had used, resulting in a chorus of “I’m number nine”… “No, I’m number nine—that’s number six!”, “No, I’m number six!”, and so on. Had to chuckle…

I had a long supervising shift at work, which was sociable and quite entertaining too. I’m told, by those who know, that ‘Feral Fridays’ are now old hat, and we’ve moved on to ‘Feisty Fridays’. Works for me; either way, the day passed quickly and soon I was headed home for the weekend. Our wisteria is blooming nicely in the back garden, and it looked lovely in the evening light, so I snagged a few photos for today’s blip.
