House of Cards

A big night for Milo - it’s Friday, and his drama club at school has the opening night for their production of ‘Alice in Wonderland’. Milo is the King of Hearts and gets to wear this fetching crown of cards and make-up - which he quite liked at the time, but a few years later, looking back at this photo, he thinks it is a lot less cool! I took this picture of a slightly tired young man on returning home after the performance. The 56mm lens still seems to be living on my camera - I must ring the changes soon…
