Milo and I had fun with this one. The spontaneous part was that I came back out into the garden to discover him sitting in my chair, completely engrossed in my photography magazine. That gave me the idea for this photograph, but it wouldn't have worked as a candid because of the angles and cluttered background.
Luckily, Milo loves to help with making pictures, so we set up the shot again in a better spot. I added the camera as a prop, but the face and hand on the back of the magazine were pure serendipity - I hadn't noticed them at the time of taking the picture.
