St Peter's Church, Harborne
Up to Birmingham today for my grandmother's funeral. My lovely nan, Millicent Joan Horton 1919-2013, passed away a couple of weeks ago, at the ripe old age of 93. She had a long and happy life and met her end peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, and today was very much about celebrating her kindness and lifelong devotion to her family. It wasn't a day for lots of photographs, clearly, but I thought this scene of the beautiful light in the churchyard summed up the day perfectly.
