Tankerton Shoreline

I ended up being fairly busy today with odd jobs I'd been putting off till I had some annual leave, so it was late in the afternoon by the time I got round to finding my blip. I went to the seafront in Tankerton with the idea of photographing the curve of the shoreline and the breakwaters - I thought it would make a good picture even with the heavy grey clouds we have today.

Quick gear update: my new X100s developed a fault causing it to drain the battery after only 15-20 shots, so it's gone back and the replacement should be with me tomorrow. I mention this so I can praise the superb service from Wex Photographic who arranged all this with a quick 5-minute phone call and not a single quibble - they'll be getting my business again :D
