A Fair Bit More Red
Sunday. It’s been a funny old day. The weather was all over the place… bright sunshine and clear skies in the morning, but over the afternoon the grey murk returned, and by evening it was hammering down with rain again. The clocks have gone back overnight, the end of British Summer Time: always a win, because it’s an extra hour of the weekend. We had a really lovely family day—a trip to Deal in the morning for most of us, with a seaside walk for Bentley and brunch at The Lane. Movies and scrabble in the afternoon, followed by shepherd’s pie for supper—one of Kenadee’s favourites. Dash was out in the evening for more cinematic fun, watching Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc in 4DX at the Ashford Cineworld.
