Tuesday. Very changeable weather: dark clouds, gusty winds, and heavy showers, with occasional glimmers of sunshine. I have a day off, which is lucky as I have a poorly car. Raff took Dash to school; I called the AA, and they arrived around midday. The little green box plugged into my car thought the problem was a blocked Diesel Particulate Filter. I’m not sure what that does or where you’d find it — but I am very much hoping it is cheap to fix.
The nice AA chap towed my car to our regular mechanics at The Motorist Centre in Hersden; ironically, it was due to go in for its MOT the following day, so I already had a courtesy car booked. I spent the rest of the day catching up on a few jobs around the house. Pork chops, chips and gravy for supper, then a spot of gaming before bed.
It’s Monty & Kenadee’s first wedding anniversary today - they are having a great time in South Korea to celebrate the occasion. Today’s photo arrived courtesy of Kenadee: they’d visited a shop where you could design and make your own rings — a bit like Build-a-Bear, but for jewellery.
