Black & Blue
Friday. Another very wet and murky one. It’s the last day of half-term for Dash, Vanessa and Raff; they’re all back in school and university next week; poor V also has work in Folkestone over the weekend. Monty’s working from home today, and Milo’s working at work. A long day for me, supervising right through, and not escaping till after six in the evening. At least it was a relatively quiet shift in the afternoon, and I was able to clear away all my paperwork. Just a quiet evening at home with my lovely crew; chilli & chips for supper, then Games Night starting around nine.
