Brothers
Sunday. Another dry, clear day, and not too cold. V is working in Folkestone again, and by contrast, it’s a pretty relaxing day at home for me. Gabriel’s back from university for the Christmas holiday. He gets about six weeks off, and doesn’t start the next term till the end of January. It’s great to have all the brothers home again. In the afternoon, I dropped Gubs and Dash off at the Cineworld in Dover to watch Five Nights at Freddy’s 2. We had roast chicken for supper, then a bit of an impromptu family games night. A new box of Articulate arrived today—to replace our old set, which had disappeared—so we started with a few games of organised mansplaining, followed by numerous rounds of Charades in the lounge.
