City Lights & Raindrops
Thursday. More grey murkiness today. We had an early start: Dash had a school geography trip to London, visiting the Olympic Village, and the coach was due to leave at eight. The quieter roads were a welcome change from the usual routine. I had another fantastically busy morning, but the earlier start at least allowed me to get some of the afternoon tasks done in advance. The nights have drawn in, and it’s dark well before 5 pm now—but that means raindrops, city lights, and reflections aplenty.
