Starlit Weald
Friday. More grey skies and wet weather, but oddly humid as if we needed a storm. I was working at the Chartham office today, another stupidly busy shift that stretched on till well after six. The upside is that I’m about to start another week of annual leave, so much of the grind today was clearing the decks of any outstanding tasks and paperwork. The Christmas lights were switched on in Canterbury this evening, which I experienced vicariously from a friend’s video—but it really is starting to feel wintery and Christmassy now with the dark nights and the change in the weather. A lovely, relaxing evening at home with the family, and Tara popped in to visit as well. Later, a great Friday Games Night with my guildies, working through the storyline of the new expansion in GW2.
