Donkey Goes to War
Wednesday. Cool and dry this morning, but it quickly warmed up. Mostly sunny with fluffy white clouds, and apparently, we will have hot weather over the coming bank holiday weekend. Dash has two exams today: French and RE, neither of which he’s particularly worried about, so the drive to Canterbury felt pretty relaxed. A shorter day for me as well, with a busy morning but then an afternoon of meetings. I escaped at a civilised time and drove home to enjoy the warm afternoon sunshine. I made a Chicken Curry & Lentil soup for supper, and settled in for a quiet evening.
