Enjoying the Rays
Wednesday. A cool but dry day at the start, and it stayed cloudy and overcast through to the afternoon. There seem to be fewer roadworks in Canterbury, so the school run wasn’t too bad. Back to work for me after the bank holiday weekend, but at least it’s a supervising shift: they tend to run longer, but are less frantic than regular workdays. I escaped in the early evening, and got home just before seven. Dash has his first GCSE exam tomorrow — a Psychology paper, He’s sitting in the kitchen busily studying, but tells me he’s feeling OK about the exam. Kenadee’s in the throes of packing, ready for Saturday, and Milo’s taken the next two days off work so he can hang out with Ken and Monty before she goes.
Today’s photo happened quite late in the day. We had a little burst of sunshine in the evening, and I caught this shot of Ronan and Daisy enjoying the last rays before sunset.
