Ken & Monty’s House
It’s Christmas Saturday, clear and bright; it would have been nice if I’d slept last night. The Lurgy had other ideas, but luckily, the day was wonderfully peaceful, with no agenda. I was able to rest, drink tea and catch up on sleep. By evening, I was feeling much better, and we cooked a lovely chicken & turkey curry for supper.
Kenadee & Monty got a Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Chocolate House Kit amongst their presents, and had a lot of fun building it this afternoon. I thought it would make a nice subject for a daily photo. We set up the house on a breadboard, a snowy backdrop displayed on my Mac behind it, and LED light panels arranged to match the scene. The foreground snow and bushes were created in Photoshop with Firefly 3, then I added atmospheric effects that tie the elements of the image together, courtesy of Luminar Neo.
