Mystole Winter Sun
Wednesday. Another frozen morning, but we had rain overnight—so there’s black ice everywhere. We left early to get Dash to his mocks safely and in good time; history and chemistry today. I was working from the Chartham office today; the traffic was pretty grim, so I took the country lanes. Slow going, because of the ice, but at least the lanes were clear. My workday was very much front-loaded, and after a busy morning, I had everything completed by the early afternoon. On the way home, I stopped off along Mystole Lane to grab my daily photo. After that, just a quiet evening at home; roast chicken for supper, and an early night.
