Neon Streets
Thursday. Another bright, clear day, and not too cold. Dash and I made an earlier start to beat the traffic, which worked surprisingly well. One of our managers had ordered a Greggs breakfast for everyone. Starting the shift with tea and a bacon roll definitely put the day on the right track. Quite a busy day—I finished around six in the evening and drove home.
I decided to experiment with the intervalometer setting in the Slow Shutter app. With my iPhone mounted in its dashboard cradle, I set up the app to take a 10-second exposure every 15 seconds, recording light-trails. Totally hands-free, with no input required from me while driving; I just looked at the results when I got home, picked out the handful of interesting frames, and deleted the rest. This is probably the best of the bunch.
