The Nameless Way
Saturday. It rained heavily overnight, but by morning, sun and blue skies had returned. Vanessa’s off to London to meet an old friend for lunch, so I dropped her at Canterbury West station, then drove back along the country lanes to find a photo for today. This narrow, tree-lined descent, along an unnamed road near Patrixbourne, fit the bill nicely. Milo has work this morning, and Monty & Ken have plans to visit Dover Castle later. Apart from an occasional taxi run, I have nothing else that needs doing… so I predict a very mellow day indeed.
