Tackle Bag

It's been a run of late finishes this week, but fortunately, there’s still some light outside at 8 pm. Dash was playing in the back garden with Raffy's rugby gear, and I persuaded him to pause for a second to grab this shot. This big old tackle bag has been a firm favourite with the boys for years. Raffy first used it to practise when he played as a prop forward for Canterbury RFC - but since then, all the boys have had fun with it: running at full tilt and launching themselves headlong at the bag, usually to much hilarity. Sadly, the tackle bag took such a battering that it finally gave up the ghost in 2021…
