Wake
Irish Sea en route to Dublin, August 2014
We are on our way to start our holiday in Ireland! We arrived at Holyhead around noon after an enjoyable drive along the A5 through Snowdonia. Our ferry, the Ulysses, departed at about 2.30 pm for a three-hour crossing over the Irish Sea. Once we were seated, next to the children's play area, I took the boys on deck for a little windswept fresh air and some photographs. I particularly like this image of Gabriel on deck gazing out on the ship's wake, watching out for Big Bad Barry (at this point, the ship being eaten by the giant fish from Peppa Pig was a genuine concern).
