Albedo
Wednesday. Another bright summery day, just pleasantly warm and sunny, minding its own business. Sleep was not great, and it wasn’t helped by rioting cats in our street that woke me at 3 a.m. with bloodcurdling yowls. When the ruckus sounded like it was right outside, I checked to see what was going on and the culprits scarpered — but I have a feeling one of them was Ronan.
A longish shift at work, with a busy morning and an afternoon full of meetings and paperwork — but I did receive emergency coffee from lovely friends at lunchtime. I finally got away around six, and headed straight home for supper.
Gabriel’s on the move again today, leaving Davos on the Glacier Express via Chur, the Oberalp Massif, and Andermatt, before rejoining the coach for the rest of the way to Lake Geneva.
I thought Oberalp Massif was the name of a Mundartrap band, but clearly I’m wrong.
