Dash’s School Prom
Thursday. The heatwave continues, with extreme weather warnings across the south of England. I had a very long day at work, and pretty much non-stop from eight-thirty till past seven in the evening. Luckily, my office is on the shadier side of the building, and fans kept enough air moving to prevent actual broiling. Dash has his School Prom this evening — sadly I missed seeing him dressed up in his suit before the event. Luckily, Raff and Vanessa managed to get a few nice pictures of our lad before dropping him off with friends in Aylesham, and I will certainly be witnessing the after-party version later, when I retrieve him from Seasalter around 1 a.m.
