Easter Sunday 2026
Happy Easter! Very changeable weather: sunny first thing, but then dark clouds drew in by late morning—after that it was all over the place for the rest of the day. It’s been a good one. The house is still a little quiet with Monty, Ken and Milo away in Bruges, but I think they will be back tomorrow. Raff, Dash and Gabriel were up early for an Easter egg or two, and a hearty Full English breakfast. We put the lamb on to roast at noon, low and slow for the whole afternoon, ready for an Easter feast with roasted carrots and parsnips, new potatoes, veggies and stuffing. Yum!
