Port of Dover Light Show
Friday. An early start—Monty’s off to Faro this morning for a lad’s weekend in Portugal. They’ll be getting a rental car and exploring the region over the next four days; he’ll be back on Monday. I dropped him at Dover Priory station for the 06:45 train to London, and got my blip for the day on the way home—a narrow side road next to the Port of Dover, with a great viewpoint for interesting light-trails. The rest of the day started cold and wet, and it did not improve much later. Work was there, busy and vaguely annoying, but it was over before six. There’s much excitement over the Traitors final tonight—I think Vanessa, Raff and Ken are watching it, but it’s not really my cup of tea. Instead, for me, it’s Games Night with my guildies.
