Summer Claret
Tuesday. Fun and games from the off. Just after midnight, Gabriel inadvertently whittled his left hand. Hosing claret, he came to get help, and we whizzed him to Canterbury UTC for a couple of stitches. The clinic was refreshingly quiet, and Gubs got patched up quickly. Later, we were treated to a really beautiful morning, perfect weather that lasted through the day. In the evening, Dash had a beach party in Whitstable for a friend’s birthday. I dropped him in Canterbury just after six to catch the bus, and retrieved him at eleven, pleasantly merry, from Tankerton seafront.
