Monday. A fine, clear day at first, then it turned wet and drizzly by lunchtime. Back at work for me, with an early start. I dropped Vanessa at Canterbury Bus Station for her 05:30 coach to Manchester — she should arrive by mid-afternoon. There was no point driving home and then back again for work, so I grabbed a coffee at McDonald’s and had a snooze in the car listening to podcasts.
Raff’s off to Prague for a city break with seven of his uni friends; they’re getting the train to Gatwick this morning and staying at a nice Airbnb in the city centre, coming back on Thursday. Dash is on half-term this week, so he’ll have the house to himself for most of the day. Chilli for supper and a spot of GW2 before bed.
