Gubs in Stodmarsh
Stodmarsh National Nature Reserve, Stodmarsh, April 2017
It’s a sunny springtime Sunday morning, so off we went for a walk in Stodmarsh. The nature reserve is lovely at this time of year, when the foliage is starting to grow back after winter but has not yet reached its summer levels of excess. In dry weather, the paths are not too muddy, and the dry reeds provide great textures for photographs and look especially good in black & white. Gabriel kindly paused for this picture while we were heading back towards the car park.
